Limited Warranty

R. D. Lawson Corporation warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service conditions for a period of one year following the first day of 'in service' use. All items for which a warranty claim is made must be received by R. D. Lawson Corporation with all freight and transportation charges prepaid, accompanied by sufficient proof of purchase, then we will repair or replace at our option, at no charge to you, with return freight paid by R. D. Lawson Corporation.

If a warranty is to be claimed, or service needed on an unwarranted unit, please contact us and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping.

This warranty does not extend to any product or damage to a product caused by or attributable to *freight damage, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper or abnormal usage, misuse, unauthorized modification or repairs, including, but not limited to, failure to install properly, or to observe all printed or website installation page safety tips and weight limits, or to maintain the unit in accordance with printed instructions, or follow any local codes or ordinances for building or wiring practices. (*freight damages need to be reported to us within 2 days of receipt)

Additionally, the warranty will not cover product failure due to causes beyond our control such as theft, fire, flood, wind, lightning, freezing, or other acts of God. (Damages resulting from some of these occurrences may be covered under a home-owner's policy).

The customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the removal or re-installation of products, including labor costs, when returning products R. D. Lawson Corporation.

R. D. Lawson Corporation is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or damages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenues or profits, loss of employment or use, costs of removal, installation or other consequential damages of whatsoever nature. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, the above limitation may not apply to you.

The warranty extended hereunder is in lieu of any and all warranties and any implied warranties of merchantibility or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in its scope and duration to the terms set forth herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. Accordingly, the above limitation may not apply to you.
